9% plus VAT for Sole Agency and 11% plus VAT for Multiple Agency, which includes:

• Carrying out accompanied viewings
• Provide advice on refurbishment works to enhance the properties letting potential
• Marketing of the property on our website together with Rightmove,  Zoopla, On The Market and Prime Location
• Finding and vetting a tenant
• Provide tenant with method of payment
• Collect and remit initial months’ rent payment to the landlord after deducting our fee and any pre-tenancy invoices
• Collect and remit ongoing rent payments, deducting our fee and other works
• Pursue non-payment of rent and advise on rent arrears actions
• Ensure the landlord complies with their statutory obligations
• Arrange annual Gas Safety Certificates
