• Advise all utility providers of changes
• Provide advice on refurbishment works to enhance the properties letting potential
• Collect and remit on-going rent payments deducting our fee and other works
• Pursue non-payment of rent and advise on rent arrears actions
• Ensure the landlord complies with their statutory obligations
• Arrange repairs with approved contractors should a problem arise
• Arrange annual Gas Safety Certificates
• Attend the property for annual inspections
• Ensure all emergencies are dealt with in or out of office hours
• Dealing directly with tenants ensuring minimal disruption to you
